• Tim often works with individuals.  The first meeting is a chance to gather lots of information about you and to determine a very customized gameplan, moving forward.  It is also a chance for clients to weigh whether or not they want to commit to ongoing individual work, which can be much more expensive than taking part in group training.  Most often, clients move forward, but this is a way to first test the waters.
